Get ready!

We're in full holiday shopping season and while I have a lot of people crossed off my list, I'm still holding out for the grand daddy of all craft fairs - the Renegade Craft Fair in San Francisco.  It's the place to find one of a kind, unexpected gifts for the creative types in your life.

If you're more the online shopping type, you're probably familiar with sites like retailmenot.com where you can type in the name of your online shop and search for coupon codes.  Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't.  It's always a good place to try to save on shipping.  But if you're looking for deals to buy fabric online, look no further than the TrueUp.net sale alerts.  Each Friday an updated list of online sales is listed.  It's also a great place to find new craft supply sources online.  For example, this morning I stumbled upon a new ribbon shop, LFNtextiles.com.

What are your holiday shopping tips?  Any favorite online shops or sales?
